We are more than just an ordinary gaming platform. mekdi888 was built with the intention of delivering a safe, fair, and enjoyable online entertainment experience exclusively for Malaysian users — from Johor Bahru to Kota Kinabalu.
Our Mission
"Providing a trusted, secure, and entertaining online entertainment platform for every Malaysian user, with customer service that truly understands local needs."
— mekdi888 Management Team
If you ask any long-time mekdi888 member why they remain loyal to this platform, the most common answer you will hear is simple: "Here, we feel valued." Not a grand or technical answer — but that is the essence we have pursued since the very first day this platform launched.
mekdi888 started in 2018 with a small team that had a deep passion for technology, gaming, and the real needs of Malaysian users. We noticed at the time that most online entertainment platforms on the market were built for a global audience without truly understanding how Malaysians interact with digital platforms — from language preferences to payment methods, from the types of games they enjoy to the peak hours they browse online.
That is why mekdi888 was built from the ground up with Malaysian users as the absolute priority. A Bahasa Malaysia interface, customer support fluent in the local language, popular Malaysian deposit and withdrawal methods such as local e-wallets, and a game selection that includes Malaysian favourites like badminton, Super League football, and Mobile Legends esports.
What sets mekdi888 from many other platforms on the market is our comprehensive approach. We do not simply provide games and leave users to manage on their own. Every detail of the user experience — from the registration steps to the withdrawal process — is designed to be as simple and as fast as possible.
Registration at mekdi888 takes less than two minutes. Deposits can be made via a wide range of payment methods commonly used in Malaysia. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours for most methods, and customer support is available 24/7 via live chat in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
User trust is the most valuable asset that mekdi888 own. That is why we invest seriously in security infrastructure. All transactions and user data are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard used by international banking institutions. KYC identity verification is implemented to protect every account from unauthorised access. Member funds are held in separate accounts that are never commingled with the company's operating funds, ensuring your money is always safe.
Every game at mekdi888 uses a random number generator (RNG) that has been verified and audited by an independent third party. This means every game outcome is truly random and cannot be manipulated by any party — including ourselves. The return-to-player (RTP) rate for each game is publicly disclosed so you can make informed decisions.
More than 500,000 registered members are not just a number to us — they are a community we respect and serve every day. User feedback is actively used to improve the platform. Promotions and offers are designed based on the real habits and preferences of Malaysian users. And when issues arise, our support team is trained to resolve them quickly and with empathy.
